This 1 bedroom unit on the 11th floor boasts great ocean views of Banderas Bay and old town. Located in the heart of the Romantica Zona, it is 3 short blocks from the beach and 2 shorter blocks to Basilo Badillo, the restaurant row. 

The building also has an incredible roof top patio with infinity pool, hot tub. Out door eating area, and loungers.

With a spacious living area and patio you can lounge in our air conditioned apartment or sit on the patio and watch the sunset. head to the roof top and make the most of the pool, hot tub, bbq, loungers or just admire the 360 views of Puerto Vallarta.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the apartment, roof top pool, jacuzzi, gym, and lounges.

Interaction with guests

Booking is done online. An Agent will welcome you to the apartment and show you around, after that you will be left alone to enjoy your stay until check out.

Guests must be 25+ years old to stay,
No smoking, no pets.
$500 damage deposit required, credit card hold, released after check out.
