Additional Rules
– Minimum 25 years old to rent
– No shoes in the house
– Quite hours from 10PM to 7AM
– Check-in after 4PM, Check-out at 10AM
– No smoking or vaping inside unit or on balcony or anywhere in building including common spaces..
– Suitable for older kids/family, condo is not baby proof for infants or toddlers
– The units is not suitable for wheelchairs
– NO bikes in the condo.
– *The owner is NOT liable to the guest for any injury, loss or theft in or around the premises.
– Credit card required, $500 damage deposit
